At FS9 Tactical, we strive to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please review the following information regarding shipping:

Oversized Packages and Possible Delays

Our products often require freight shipping due to their oversized nature (ranging from 36" to 42" in length). As a result, there may be instances of relabeling or logistical delays. We understand these delays can be frustrating, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you experience any issues. We are committed to working with FedEx and UPS on your behalf to resolve any delays and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information and Stagnant Shipments

Once your order is placed, we aim to drop off packages at FedEx or UPS within a few business days. If you notice that your tracking ID shows no movement, please contact us immediately at hi@fs9tactical.com. There are occasions when the carrier might hold the package for unforeseen reasons, and we can assist in expediting the process to get your order moving again.

Delivery Did Not Show Up

If the tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your property for unexpected delivery locations. Carriers may sometimes leave packages in places such as under tables on a back porch.

If the tracking shows proof of delivery, FS9 Tactical will not replace the package. Please reach out directly to the carrier for more detailed information about the shipment. If the package cannot be located, you may need to place a new order. You can also submit a claim to the carrier to address the current issue.
