No Cancellation of Orders:
We do not accept cancellations of orders without a valid reason. If no valid reason is given via e-mail (duplicated order, wrong color) we will issue a $30 restocking fee as our warehouse will not see your cancellation prior to their work day. If you place the order and the case is the wrong size or color please inform us within the first three hours to ensure the package is not in transit. If you decide to cancel an order while it's in transit, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will have to wait until the order arrives. Return Policy:

Returned items must be unused and in mint condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
A $30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges. This fee helps cover warehouse labor, inspection, processing, and return shipping, which is very costly for oversized items like rifle cases.
Once your return request is approved, please allow 8–15 business days to receive a prepaid return label. After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds or exchanges are processed within 8–10 business days. If you email the receipts from UPS after drop off we can move faster and place your return as the top priority.
Order Processing Times:
We kindly ask that you wait for at least 72 hours after placing an order before inquiring about its status. This ensures we have adequate time to process and dispatch your order efficiently. Please note that we don’t process new orders after 12 pm PST on Fridays. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following Monday, starting at 8 am PST. Shipping Information:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our cases. Please provide an alternative address if you initially provide a P.O. Box. Failure to do so might result in delays or cancellation of your order. Our standard shipping time is between 3 to 7 business days.
