At FS9 Tactical, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you might need to return or cancel an order. Below are our guidelines to ensure a smooth process for both parties:

1. Cancellation of Orders:

- To cancel your order, please reach out to us in writing via email within 3 hours of purchase. This ensures we have a clear record of all communications. If you cancel without a valid reason or after 3 hours we charge a $20 fee for pausing FedEx/UPS.

- If you decide to cancel an order while it's in transit, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

2. Return Policy:

- If you're looking to return a product it must be within 30 days of your order date.

The returned case must be in mint, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Returns that don't meet these criteria may not be processed.

3. Shipping Information:

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our cases. Please provide an alternative address if you initially provide a P.O. Box. Failure to do so might result in delays or cancellation of your order.

- Our standard shipping time is between 3 to 7 business days.

4. Order Processing Times:

- We kindly ask that you wait for at least 48 hours after placing an order before inquiring about its status. This ensures we have adequate time to process and dispatch your order efficiently.

- Please note that we don't process new orders after 12 pm PST on Fridays. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following Monday, starting at 8 am PST.
