FS9 Tactical Return & Cancellation Policy
At FS9 Tactical, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you might need to return or cancel an order. Below are our guidelines to ensure a smooth process for both parties:

1. No Cancellation of Orders:
- We do not accept cancellations of orders without a valid reason. If no a valid reason is given via e-mail (duplicated order, wrong color) we will issue a $30 restocking fee as our warehouse will not see your cancellation prior to their work day. If you place the order and the case is the wrong size or color please inform us within the first three hours to ensure the package is not in transit.
- If you decide to cancel an order while it's in transit, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will have to wait until the order arrives. You will then have to use the form here: https://fs9tactical.com/a/returns
2. Return Policy:
- If you're looking to return a product it must be within 30 days of your order date. We do not accept returns with order dates older than 45 days.
- Do not email or call for returns. You must use this form (no exceptions): https://fs9tactical.com/a/returns
- The returned case must be in mint, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- We are very busy with existing exchanges and returns, so please note we will get your pre-paid return label within 8-12 business days of your submittal. We will process the full return within 8-10 business days of the package inspection after it comes to our warehouse.
- Returns that don't meet these criteria may not be processed.

3. Shipping Information:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our cases. Please provide an alternative address if you initially provide a P.O. Box. Failure to do so might result in delays or cancellation of your order.
- Our standard shipping time is between 3 to 7 business days.
4. Order Processing Times:
- We kindly ask that you wait for at least 72 hours after placing an order before inquiring about its status. This ensures we have adequate time to process and dispatch your order efficiently.
- Please note that we don't process new orders after 12 pm PST on Fridays. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following Monday, starting at 8 am PST.
